Our company takes the responsibility to offer insurance of Civil Liability for all cargoes covering material damages or losses of goods during transportation but also covering the period of storage of goods in our own storage warehouses (on- transit status), according to the terms and conditions set by the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road), which does not in any case substitute the Freight Carrier and Depot Insurance.
For obvious reasons, we cannot eliminate the damages risk (destruction, theft, loss and rest of damages) during transportation. However, cargo insurance has become a very strong risk protection tool for all transportation companies lately.
